Bloody Tears / Lagrimas de Sangre
Bloody Tears represents a mother who does all possible to save her child from the pain and suffering of life. In the process of trying to save her child and trying to escape danger she emanates a sense of fear and helplessness in the child's subconscious mind, therefore branding him for the rest of its life.
The original painting was the focal point of an exhibition held by The Parent Resource Center of Miami, Florida who helped abused and abandoned children. The painting was donated and auctioned as a means to raise funds for the organization. The event was held at Meza Fine Art in Coral Gables, Florida.
